Sales- and delivery conditions for catalogue products

QUANTITY

We reserve the right to smaller alterations in agreement with our packing sizes.

SHIPMENT

No additional charges, regardless of order size � applicable throughout Denmark.

CLAIMS

Claims are to be sent as soon as possible, at the latest 1 day after the receipt of the goods. The claim must be previously agreed upon and the goods wrapped in its original packaging, carefully wrapped with a copy of the shipping/packing note.

DELIVERY TIME

Catalogue orders which are in our hands by 4 pm, will be delivered the following working day, except for calendars.

RETURN SERVICE

Products can be changed/returned within 30 days of delivery after previous agreement with customer service. Crediting takes place when the product is received in its original unopened packaging with a copy of the shipping/packing note.

1. Contact customer service to agree on pick-up of the goods.
2. Inform how many packages the return consists of � they must be packed for shipment.
3. Remember to leave a telephone number and a contact name, should any questions arise.
4. Leave the returnable goods where we usually deliver your goods.
