BATTERIES
In compliance with RD 106/2008, we have adhered to the ECOPILAS Integrated Management System for proper management of waste batteries and portable accumulators. We are registered as producers with the Battery and Accumulators Registry under No. REI-RPA 00142. If you wish to dispose of your used batteries or accumulators, you may deposit them in one of the Battery Collection Bins that the ECOPILAS Foundation has placed at primary points of distribution and at municipal selective waste collection facilities. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION - E-COMMERCE
Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Protection of Personal Information, individuals who represent customers or potential customers agree to include their information in a file to be held by LYRECO ESPAÑA, S.A., in order to establish promotional, commercial and/or business relations. Such individuals may exercise their rights to access, rectification, cancellation and challenge, by attaching a photocopy of their DNI (national identity document) in writing, and sending it to the QSE (Quality, Security & Environment) Department of the Company at the following address: Carretera de Hospitalet 147-149 Edificio París D - 08940 Cornellà de Llobregat - Barcelona.
Whether it is an individual or a legal entity, the customer expressly agrees to the processing of its data for the purposes of receiving advertising or promotional communications relating to LYRECO, as well as the actual receipt of such communications by electronic mail of by any other equivalent communications medium. In accordance with Law 34/2002 governing Information Company and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSICE), the client may communicate to LYRECO that it does not with to receive such advertising communications, and its request shall be at processed in a timely manner.

WEEE
The final prices of our electrical and electronic products include the cost of environmental management of historic waste (sold prior to August 13, 2005), as per the terms established in RD 208/2005. SUMINISTROS INTEGRALES DE OFICINA S.A. - (OFISERVICE) has adhered to the ASIMELEC integrated management system, in order to ensure the proper treatment of waste electrical and electronic equipment of LYRECO products. We are registered in the Registry of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RAEE) with registration number 001743.

HEALTH REGISTRY
We are registered in the Food Industries General Health Registry under No. 40.25726/GU, which certifies proper distribution and storage of food products.
