General sales terms and conditions

 

 

  1. The products that we sell are new and do not contain defects.

 

 

  1. Our products that are expected to have a long life expectancy, excluding pens, paper reams, and such materials, have a one year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

 

    1. Certain products, such as toner cartridges and other printing supplies are equipped with a "use before" date and the warranty is valid only until that date if the date is less than one year from the purchase date.

 

  1. Ownership of the products remains with Lyreco until such time that the invoice related to the product is paid in full.

 

 

  1. Lyreco gives its creditworthy customers a 30 day payment condition from start of billing. Customers who repeatedly pay their bills late, or have lost their creditworthiness, are required to pay for their orders using prepayment, or pay for the order upon delivery

 

 

  1. In commercial practice, the prevailing laws and regulations are complied with, and legal conflicts are handled before the court in the jurisdiction that includes Lyreco's local headquarters.

Free right of return within 30 days!

 

You can easily exchange or return an item with Lyreco. The return is conditional on:

 

1)      The item in question being a Lyreco stock item, a so-called catalog product; and

2)      The product delivery date is less than 30 days; and

3)      The return has been agreed upon in advance with Lyreco's customer service; and

4)      The product is in its original and unopened sales package.

 

To do this:

 

1)      Make sure that the returned product is in its original package, unopened and in its sales condition. We do not accept returns that do not meet this condition.

2)      Call the Lyreco's Customer Service at tel. +358 (0)207 205 510 and agree on the return. Lyreco organizes the transportation of the product being returned.

3)      Inform Customer Service of the following information:

        Your company name and contact person name

        Referral number and/or order number

        The product being returned and the quantity

        The reason for the return

4)      Place the product being returned to the location where Lyreco's supply deliveries come to your company.

5)      The free return policy does not apply to products that are not Lyreco warehouse products, i.e., catalogue products.

 

Return of defective products

 

If the product at issue is defective, it works the same way as above, namely, first contact customer service. In the case of a defective product, approval of the return does not require unopened sales packaging or that the product be a catalog product.

 

Return of used toner cartridges

 

You can return all of the empty print cartridges to Lyreco, the brand does not matter. We take care of the 100 % recycling of the cassettes and packaging materials.

 

For the return, order a return box from Lyreco's customer service by adding the product number 2.008.578 to your order. When the box is full, please call customer service to arrange a pick of the full box.
