Bindownica, gilotyna, laminator… a może koszulki A4?

 

Umowy, faktury, raporty, zlecenia, zamówienia… dokumenty są podstawą krwioobiegu każdej firmy. Aby ich obieg był sprawny, zadbaj o profesjonalną organizację i prezentację materiałów papierowych. W tej kategorii znajdziesz wszystko, co Ci w tym pomoże. Zamów i profesjonalnie zabezpiecz dokumenty firmowe.

 

Jak zorganizować dokumenty w biurze?

 

Przemyślany system to podstawa. Masz już segregatory, teczki ofertowe i kartony archiwizacyjne? Czas zejść „poziom niżej” i zadbać o przechowanie pojedynczych stron i plików dokumentów. Co będzie Ci potrzebne?

Przede wszystkim – koszulki. Groszkowe, w rozmiarze A4, A5 lub A3, albo koszulki krystaliczne, które prezentują się bardziej elegancko. Z łatwością umieścisz je w segregatorach, teczkach lub włożysz w specjalne okładki do dokumentów. Szukasz solidniejszego zabezpieczenia? Wybierz grubsze i sztywniejsze ofertówki przezroczyste lub zalaminuj materiały. W naszej ofercie czekają również laminatory i folie do laminacji.

Zabezpieczenie pojedynczych stron to dopiero początek. Przygotuj poręczne materiały promocyjne lub informacyjne, sięgając po większe segregatory ofertowe. Możesz również samodzielnie zbindować zestaw koszulek lub wolnych kartek i włożyć je w specjalne listwy do oprawy dokumentów. Jak to zrobić? Przyda Ci się termobindownica lub klasyczna bindownica z systemem dziurkowania kartek – w szczególności polecamy Twojej uwadze bindownice Fellowes.

A jeśli chcesz dociąć kartki, zanim np. zostaną umieszczone w skoroszycie na dokumenty, wykorzystaj nowoczesne gilotyny lub trymery.
