Sales- and delivery conditions for catalogue products

VALIDITY�����

These conditions are applicable unless another signed agreement between the buyer and Lyreco Norway AS exists.

TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tenders from Lyreco are valid 30 days after the buyer has received it, unless otherwise agreed. Tenders, drawings and other documents remain Lyreco�s property and may not be copied, reproduced or in other manners made available to a third party by the buyer.

PRICES

The prices on the delivery day are applicable unless stated otherwise.

We reserve ourselves against currency changes.

DELIVERY

Lyreco delivers without extra charge in all of Norway.

DELIVERY CONTROL

Upon receiving the foods, the buyer must continually control the received goods towards the shipping note, and sign for the receipt. The buyer is responsible for the delivered products as soon as they are delivered. Any damages or missing goods must be noted on the shipping note. Any claims must take place as soon as possible or at the latest within 8 days upon receiving the goods.

RETURNING GOODS
All returns must be agreed upon previously. Concerning returns which are not related to mistakes by the sales reps or product-defects, the return-costs will be debited from the net invoiced total when crediting. Returned products must be wrapped in their original packaging without writing/comments.

Customer specific products are not taken in return.

WARRANTEE

Warrantee is according to the purchasing law.

OWNERSHIP RESERVATION

The delivered products remain Lyreco�s property until the purchasing sum, including any interest and additional charges are paid.

FORCE MAJEURE

The parties have the right to postpone the execution of their responsibilities, should the extension be due to fire, work-conflict, war, mobilization, requisition, sequestration, currency restrictions, rebellion, lack of transport methods, general stock shortage , and any other circumstances which are out of control for the parties, as well as delivery faults/delays from suppliers due to the above mentioned. The parties have the right to cancel the agreement should the implementation of the agreement be rendered impossible due to the above mentioned.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS�����

The buyer must pay for the received goods within 30 days of the invoice date. After this date, an interest rate of 12% will be added.
