How do you choose cartridges for laser devices?

Cartridges for laser devices include toners and related consumables for printers and multifunction printers. They are intended for everyday printing of documents, reports and business materials in the office and at home.

How do you choose toner for a laser printer?

Compatibility with the specific device model is the most important selection criterion. Before ordering, compare the reference number of the toner currently in use with the information provided in the product description, printer manual or device control panel.

Do you need a drum unit as well as toner?

In some devices, the toner and drum unit are separate consumable parts. A printer message may also indicate that the waste toner container or maintenance kit needs to be replaced. Always match these products to the exact device model.

How do you prepare a stock of printing supplies?

If you print regularly, monitor the number of available toners and order replacements before your current supplies run out. If your company uses several devices, label spare products with the name or model of the appropriate printer.
