How does product search work?
There are three ways to search for products:
- Using the search bar: You can enter the product name, product code, or product qualification to search for the desired item
- Using categories: On the left side of the blue bar beneath the Lyreco logo, you can use the category options to narrow down your search.
- Using filters: Click on the green search icon on the search bar without entering any text. This will display all available filters on the left side.
What filters can I use to refine my searches?
You can filter by:
- Category - Promotion - Brand - Functionality - Material - Size - Gender - Sustainable Selection - Eco-Filters
You can access all filters by clicking on the green search icon on the search bar without filling in and leaving the search bar blank. All filters will appear on the left side.
How can I search for Sustainable Selection products?
You can use the filter to narrow down your search for Sustainable Selection. Access the Sustainable Selection filter by clicking on the green search icon in the search bar without entering any text. The Sustainable Selection filter will then appear on the left side.
How to create a manual quotation
1. Log in 2. Go to my cart 3. Click "Print Quotation" 4. Select whether to print a quotation with or without images and then click "Confirm". 5. Click "Print Quotation".
How do I place a quick order?
You can place a Quick Order by going to "Quick Order" at the top right of the homepage. Click on "Quick order form" on the dropdown menu and fill in product codes and quantities.
Alternatively, you can select the "Order from a file" option and upload an Excel or CSV file to import your order.
How can I edit the products in my shopping cart?
In order to proceed with the modification of the products it is necessary to click on the cart icon and on the "Shopping Cart" you can change the quantity using the plus and minus options. To delete the product click on the "Trash" icon.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Once you have the complete cart, you must enter the voucher in the "PROMOTIONAL COUPON box" and validate it by clicking on the "checkmark" which turns green once it automatically checks if the discount is valid.
Where can I find my order history?
By clicking on the profile icon on the homepage you can access the history of the last 12 months in "Order History".
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order you must contact us by using our Live Chat function or by phone 02 338 0200.
How can I create a parked order for later purchase?
By clicking on the cart icon, you will find "Save order for later use" at the bottom left.
You can access this list by hovering the cursor over the clock or fast ordering icon, and then clicking "Parked orders" to access the saved list.
Where can I find online copies of catalogue and flyers?
- To view the Lyreco catalogue, click on "E-Catalogue 2023" on the blue bar under the Lyreco logo.
- To view the Lyreco flyer, click on "LYRECO CONNEXT" on the blue bar under the Lyreco logo.
